Generations Fund

Support current and future generations of children and families in Southwestern Alberta

The Generations Fund helps Family Centre support current and future generations of children and families in Southwestern Alberta. Our Generations Fund is an endowment fund that has been held and managed by the Community Foundation of Lethbridge and Southwestern Alberta since 2014. Donations to the Generations Fund create interest which Family Centre can use to serve clients. This unique system allows donors to contribute to Family Centre year after year, generation after generation.

Family connections run deep and wide. Many of us are connected across five generations and these experiences and memories make us who we are. At some point in our lives, we may have enjoyed extra candy while visiting our grandparents, snuck a book and a flashlight under the cover when our parents told us to go to sleep, told our kids to wear helmets when they are on their bikes, or spent many happy hours cooing over our baby grandchildren. Family Centre has supported families across all of these life stages for more than a generation, since 1980, and will continue to do so far into the future. By making a donation to our Generations Fund you can make a difference for coming generations of children and families.

There are several options to contribute to the Generations Fund, from making a gift through your will, a life insurance, or other means such as a charitable remainder trust, RRSPs, or RRIFs. Please let us know if you are interested in discussing how you can contribute to Family Centre's Generations Fund. Submit your contact information below and we will get back to you to explore how you can make a difference in the lives of children, families, and communities in Southwestern Alberta now and in the future.
