Triple P Individual (Primary Care)

Individual Triple P (Primary Care) is a four-session program that incorporates active skills training process to help parents acquire new knowledge and skills. This program is geared for parents with a specific concern about their child’s behavior (age 0-16). Parents meet with a trained Triple P practitioner, share their struggles and work on a parenting plan that is tailored to the family’s needs. Each session is 30-60 min. Parents receive a parenting booklet, watch DVD segments and learn about common developmental and behavior problems. Between sessions, parents complete homework tasks to consolidate their learning from the individual sessions.

Triple P Individual (Standard):

Individual Triple P (Standard) is a 10-session program that incorporates active skills training process to help parents acquire new knowledge and skills. This program is geared for parents with concerns about their child’s moderate to severe behavioural problem (age 0-16). Parents meet with a trained Triple P practitioner, share their struggles and work on a parenting plan that is tailored to the family’s needs. Each session is 30-60 min. Parents receive a workbook, watch DVD segments and learn about common developmental and behaviour problems. Between sessions, parents complete homework tasks to consolidate their learning from the individual sessions.
