Caregiver Connections

Canadian Mental Health Association in Alberta offers Caregiver Connections and Family Centre is now able to support the southwest region of the province with the program. Caregiver Connections, a free support for anyone caring for a loved one with mental health concerns or substance use. Caregivers can be parents, family members, spouses, close friends and many others. Support is offered by a peer facilitator with lived experience, who care relate to the experiences of those who attend the program through their own personal lens. There is hope and support because you are not alone.

Monthly support group: 2nd Wednesday of the month
1:30-3:30pm
Family Centre West, #10 230 Coalbanks Blvd. W. (Coalbanks Elementary School)

One-on-one consultations by phone, virtual or in person. Call 403-3204232 any time on Mondays to speak with our Peer Facilitator.
