The same recipe will be made for both sessions of the program each month. Please choose either the Tuesday group or the Wednesday group.

When children engage in cooking they gain a lifelong foundation for healthy eating.  Cooking provides so many great benefits for children. Social skills are developed through sharing and cooperation; early math skills increased by counting, measuring; spatial awareness is increased; and they use all their senses. This is a free program for parents with a child aged 3-6. Recipes made will be taken home, please bring along containers.

Registration dates: Aug 21 – Sept 22

Program fee: Free

Maximum registrations: 6 children + caregiver

If the program is full call 403-320-8138. Staff will add you to a wait list for cancellations and any additional classes that will be offered.
