Why caregiver connections?
Bridging Support for Mental Health Caregivers
In the journey of caregiving for loved ones with mental health concerns, the weight can often be overwhelming. “Caregiver Connections” offers a lifeline of understanding and support, connecting caregivers with others who comprehend the unique challenges they face. With resources tailored to empower and uplift, this initiative acknowledges the vital role caregivers play in the recovery process while ensuring they too receive the care they deserve. Join a community that understands and stands beside you every step of the way.
Caregivers can be parents, family members, spouses, close friends and many others. Support is offered by a peer facilitator with lived experience, who can relate to the experiences of those who attend the program through their own personal lens. There is hope and support because you are not alone.
