Young Chefs, ages 12-15, provides a hands-on opportunity for youth to learn valuable cooking skills and to try new foods. Youth who attend learn basic cooking skills, proper food handling and safety measures, and prepare meals that are inexpensive and easy to make. Two recipes are prepared and taken home each day. Youth are asked to bring along containers to take food home.
Program dates: Tuesday – Friday February 21 – 24 @ 1:00pm-3:00pm
