Join us in celebrating Family Centre’s 30th Anniversary this year! We are proud to commemorate 30 years of supporting children, youth and families in our community at our 3rd Annual Fall Wine & Cheese Fundraiser. This year is going to be a special one, and of course, we can’t do it alone – this event will only be possible with the support of local businesses and individuals like you!

We are passionate about building strong, resilient families and communities and would like to ask for your support of our cause through event sponsorship, donation for the silent auction, cash donation, or donations of wine for the Wine Pull. Your contribution will be greatly appreciated and benefits crucial Family Centre programs & services. Below, please find more information on methods of support.

Methods of support:

There are a variety of ways to support this event and all contributions, big or small, are helpful and welcomed! Please fill out the Donor/Sponsor Information form to let us know how you wish to contribute. Depending on your method of support, we may or may not be able to issue a tax receipt. Please read on below:

Option 1: Sponsorship

  • Sponsorship occurs when a business makes a donation toward the cost of a charity’s activity or event and, in return, the charity advertises or promotes the business’s brand, products or services. The sponsor may also receive additional benefits in return, such as event tickets, gift basket, etc.
  • Choose from one of six (6) sponsorship packages listed below and indicate your choice using the Donor/Sponsor Information form below
  • Sponsorship packages are not eligible for tax receipt
  • An invoice will be issued for payment and bookkeeping

Option 2: Auction Item Donation

  • Provide an item description and approximate value using the Donor/Sponsor Information form below
  • In the event the actual value of the item is not known at the time of donation, the value will be determined at fair market value price
  • Most auction items are eligible for tax receipt
    • As per the Canada Revenue Agency, some types of donations are not eligible for tax receipts – we will reach out to you to confirm if this is the case

Option 3: Cash Donation

  • Choose this option if you wish to make a monetary contribution in support of the event, but don’t want or need the perks in exchange!
  • Indicate your contribution amount using the Donor/Sponsor Information form below
  • Cash donations are eligible for tax receipts
  • An invoice will be issued for payment and bookkeeping

Note: Tax receipts for eligible donations will be issued in November 2024 following the event

Wine Pull Donations:

We welcome donations of one or more bottles of wine towards our Wine Pull for this event! This fundraising activity helps to generate revenue as part of the overall success of the evening. Red, white, rose – all are welcome! We humbly request that contributions of wine be valued at a minimum of approximately $20 per bottle. 

Important notes:

  • Wine Pull donations are eligible for tax receipt
  • Please provide an item description and approximate value using the Donor/Sponsor Information form below
  • Wine Pull donations can be dropped off at Family Centre Downtown, #225, 200-4 Ave. South, Lethbridge
  • Donors will be acknowledged on our Wine Pull donor board unless stated otherwise

Sea of Cortez Pearl: $3000 Title Sponsor

-8 tickets to the event
-Name and logo throughout the event
-Top placement on Sponsor Board at event entrance
-Name and logo presented on all social media outlets, website and newsletter
-Wine & cheese basket
-Name will be announced via radio ads

Golden South Sea Pearl: $2500 Sponsor

-6 tickets to the event
-Name and logo presented on all social media outlets, website and newsletter

-Prominent placement on Sponsor Board at event entrance
-Acknowledgement in the event program
-Gourmet gift basket

Tahitian Pearl: $2000 Sponsor

-4 tickets to the event
-Name and logo presented on all social media outlets, website and newsletter
-Prominent placement on Sponsor Board at event entrance
-Acknowledgement in the event program
-Gourmet gift basket

Akoya Pearl: $1500 Sponsor

-4 tickets to the event
-Name and logo presented on all social media outlets, website and newsletter
-Prominent placement on Sponsor Board at event entrance
-Acknowledgement in the event program

Black Pearl: $500 Sponsor

-Name and logo presented on all social media outlets, website and newsletter
-Name and logo on Sponsor Board at event entrance
-Acknowledgement in the event program

Peach Pearl: $250 Sponsor

-Table placard displaying the sponsor
-Name and logo presented on all social media outlets, website and newsletter
-Acknowledgement in the event program
